Privacy Policy

Drone Academy and Solutions ("DAS") is the drone training and solutions brand operated under Nexus Global Group. This policy explains how we collect and use information submitted through this website and related reservation workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, company, industry or role, course interest, number of seats requested, notes, preferred language, consent confirmation, reservation or waitlist status, and timestamps connected to your request.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, manage seat availability, maintain reservation and waitlist records, prepare course communication, support administrative follow-up, protect the site, keep audit records, and improve DAS services.

Storage and service providers

The site uses trusted service providers for reservation data, authentication, hosting, deployment workflows, source control, and limited browser storage for language or session preferences. DAS does not collect payment card information on this website at this time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, authorized Nexus Global Group or DAS personnel, and when needed for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, or business-operation purposes.

Your privacy requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or review of information you submitted. Use the contact/reservation form on this site and include "Privacy Request" in the notes. DAS may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as reasonably needed for training operations, reservations, safety, audit, legal, or business purposes. DAS uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or internet-connected database can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Texas privacy rights

Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain uses of personal data where applicable.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and DAS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.

Communications & Consent

By submitting a reservation or inquiry form, you authorize DAS and Nexus Global Group representatives to contact you about training availability, course options, seat confirmation, waitlist status, and related next steps by email, phone, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not required to complete a future purchase. If SMS programs are enabled, you may opt out by replying STOP or by sending a removal request through the site form.

Website Terms

Website content is provided for informational and reservation-intake purposes. DAS may update course details, packages, pricing, schedules, locations, availability, and site content as operations evolve.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with site operations, or copy DAS branding, course content, design assets, or proprietary materials without permission.

Links to third-party websites, including FAA resources, TRUST administrators, YouTube, Instagram, or other services, are provided for convenience. DAS does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

FAA Training Disclosure

DAS provides education, preparation, and practical training support. DAS is not the Federal Aviation Administration and does not issue FAA certificates, waive FAA requirements, guarantee exam results, or authorize flight operations.

Students and drone operators are responsible for understanding and following applicable FAA rules, airspace restrictions, registration requirements, Remote ID requirements, TRUST requirements for recreational flyers, Part 107 requirements for commercial operations, and all other applicable laws and safety procedures.

Reservation, Waitlist & Cancellation Policy

A website reservation request is an inquiry and seat-hold request, not a final enrollment contract. A seat is confirmed only after DAS verifies availability and provides the next required enrollment or payment step.

If a class is full, new requests may be placed on a waitlist. If a confirmed student cancels, DAS may offer the released seat to the next eligible waitlist contact.

Until final pricing, payment, cancellation, and refund terms are published for a specific course, students may request cancellation by contacting DAS through the site form. Any future paid course will present its payment and refund terms before payment is collected.

Accessibility Statement

DAS intends for this website to be usable by visitors with disabilities and will continue improving accessibility as the product grows. If you encounter a barrier, submit a request through the site form with "Accessibility Request" in the notes and describe the issue.
